Fat Dissolving Treatments
Fat dissolving treatments with Lemon Bottle are injectable body-contouring treatments designed to target small, localised areas of unwanted fat.
They are not a weight-loss treatment and are not suitable for general weight reduction. They work best for defined areas where there is a small pocket of fat and realistic expectations.
The aim is to soften and reduce the appearance of localised fullness over a course of treatments, rather than create dramatic or instant body transformation.
What it may help with
- double chin
- jawline fullness
- small areas of abdominal fullness
- flanks / love handles
- bra fat / back rolls
- upper arms
- inner thighs
- small, localised areas of stubborn fat
What the treatment involves
Your appointment begins with a consultation and assessment to check the treatment area, medical history, suitability, expectations and whether Lemon Bottle is appropriate for your concern.
The area is cleansed and marked before small amounts of Lemon Bottle are injected into the targeted area. The number of injection points and amount of product used depends on the size of the area, the thickness of the fat pocket and your treatment plan.
The treatment is usually quick, but swelling, tenderness and firmness can occur afterwards. Full aftercare advice will be provided.
Treatment approach
Lemon Bottle fat dissolving is planned as a course, not usually as a one-session treatment.
Small areas, such as the double chin, may need around 2 to 4 sessions.
Larger areas, such as the abdomen, flanks, arms or thighs, may need around 3 to 5 sessions, sometimes more depending on the area and individual response.
Sessions are commonly spaced around 7 to 14 days apart, depending on recovery, swelling and suitability.
The treatment is best for clients who are already close to their preferred weight but have small areas of localised fullness that do not respond easily to diet, exercise or body shape.
Who it is suitable for
Lemon Bottle fat dissolving may be suitable if you have a clearly defined small area of unwanted fat and understand that results are gradual.
It may be suitable for clients wanting subtle body contouring rather than weight loss.
It is not suitable if you are looking for major fat reduction, skin tightening, treatment of loose skin, cellulite correction or a replacement for healthy lifestyle, medical weight management or surgery.
Treatment may need to be delayed or avoided if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, have active infection, inflammation in the area, certain medical conditions, poor healing, allergy risk, or if the area is not suitable for injectable treatment.
Results
Results vary from person to person and depend on the area treated, amount of localised fat, number of sessions, aftercare, lifestyle and individual response.
Some clients may notice gradual reduction in localised fullness over a course of treatments. Results are not instant, and swelling after treatment can temporarily make the area look fuller before it settles.
Fat dissolving treatments do not tighten loose skin. If skin laxity is the main issue, another treatment approach may be more suitable.
The goal is gradual improvement in localised fullness and contour, not dramatic weight loss.
Downtime
Temporary swelling, tenderness, redness, bruising, firmness, itching or sensitivity may occur after treatment.
Swelling is common and can vary depending on the area treated and the amount of product used. Some areas may feel firm or tender for several days.
After treatment, you may be advised to avoid heat treatments, intense exercise, alcohol, massage unless instructed, and certain active treatments for the advised period.
Pricing
Final pricing is confirmed during consultation depending on treatment area, number of vials required, treatment plan, response to previous sessions and suitability.
