Advanced Facials
Advanced facials are professional skin treatments designed to improve hydration, comfort, texture, clarity and overall skin quality. They are ideal for clients who want healthier-looking skin, a fresher appearance, or a supportive treatment before moving on to stronger options such as peels, microneedling or injectable skin treatments.
Each facial is selected and adapted according to your skin condition on the day, including dryness, congestion, sensitivity, dullness, uneven texture or barrier imbalance.
What it may help with
- dehydration
- dullness
- congestion
- uneven texture
- tired-looking skin
- mild sensitivity
- impaired skin barrier
- skin that feels rough, tight or reactive
- maintenance between stronger treatments
What the treatment involves
Your appointment begins with a skin assessment to review your current skin condition, skincare routine, concerns and treatment goals.
The treatment includes double cleansing, toning, gentle exfoliation, targeted professional ampoules or serums selected according to your skin needs, a treatment mask, barrier-supporting moisturiser and SPF protection.
The products used are chosen to suit the skin condition on the day, whether the focus is hydration, sensitivity, dullness, congestion, dryness or general skin maintenance.
Facial massage is included only when the massage treatment option is selected.
The aim is to leave the skin looking cleaner, calmer, fresher and better supported, without unnecessary aggressive steps.
Who it is suitable for
Advanced facials are suitable for most skin types and are a good starting point if you are new to aesthetic treatments. They are especially useful if your skin feels dull, dehydrated, congested, stressed, sensitive, or in need of regular maintenance.
They can also be used as a preparation treatment before more active procedures, or as a recovery-support treatment between stronger treatments.
Results
After treatment, the skin may look brighter, cleaner, smoother and more hydrated. Some clients notice an immediate fresh glow, while longer-term improvement usually comes from regular treatments and a consistent home routine.
Advanced facials do not replace corrective treatments such as chemical peels, microneedling or injectables, but they are excellent for maintaining skin quality and improving the condition of the skin barrier.
Downtime
Most advanced facials involve little to no downtime. Mild redness or temporary sensitivity may occur, especially if exfoliation or extractions are included, but this usually settles quickly.
After treatment, you will be advised to avoid strong active skincare, exfoliants, heat treatments and direct sun exposure for a short period, depending on the facial performed.
